About Denise Mihell

My passion is travel, I breath, eat, sleep and dream about travel. I have been in the travel industry for over 25 years. I have worn many hats through my years in travel. Reservations department for a tour operator, Event Planner, meetings, conferences and incentives planner, sales in the airline industry, sales for the Starwood chain of hotels, but what make me the happiest is planning a client’s trip-of-a-lifetime.

After spending 10 years with CWT Richert Travel in downtown Regina, I’ve finally found my niche, planning client’s holidays or the perfect business trip for my corporate clients.

During my time at CWT Richert Travel I studied and received my Certified Travel Counselor designation, my Certified Destination Wedding Coordinator designation, and my license to be a Travel Insurance broker for the province of Saskatchewan.

I have been very blessed in this industry to be able to travel, climbing a portion of the Great Wall of China, arriving at the Sun Gate at sunrise at Machu Picchu in Peru, visiting the Taj Mahal in India, taking a safari in South Africa’s Kruger National Park and glamping in the Sahara Desert in Morocco. These are just a few of the many wonderful travel experiences that I have had over the years.

Every place I visit brings me more knowledge to pass on to my clients, the history, the culture, the food and of course the locals.

I believe wholeheartedly that travel is the only thing in the world that you buy that makes your richer.

Travelling has taught me tolerance, patience, empathy and gratitude, and that no matter where you go in the world, people are people, and we all want the same things in life, peace, love and happiness.
